These terms cover the Coast 99.3 app and radio services operated by My 25 Lawyer (“Coast 99.3,” “we,” or “us”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Your rights in the downloaded iOS app are also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different license is supplied with the app. These terms do not reduce rights you have under applicable law.
The service
The app provides live station streaming, song information and artwork when available, station widgets, and optional alerts about news, shows, and songs. No listener account is required. This version does not provide rewards, contests, or music testing. Song alerts are station announcements, not a guarantee of an alert whenever a particular song plays.
An internet connection is required. Carrier data charges may apply, including while audio plays in the background. Programming, artwork, metadata, and notification delivery may change, be delayed, or be unavailable. Live audio may include advertising and material unsuitable for some listeners. Do not operate the app in a way that distracts you from driving or other activities requiring attention.
Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful personal listening. Except where permitted by law or authorized by the rights holder, you may not redistribute or commercially rebroadcast the stream, copy protected content, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or misuse notification and hosting systems. Music, recordings, logos, and artwork belong to their respective rights holders. Using the app does not transfer ownership of this content to you.
Notifications and privacy
Station alerts are optional. You can choose topics and turn off alerts in the app, or manage notification permission in iOS Settings. The Privacy Policy explains information handling and the difference between disabling delivery and deleting a server registration.
Third-party services
Apple, streaming providers, and linked websites may supply parts of the experience. Their own terms may apply to their services. We are responsible for our service; Apple is not its operator or sponsor. Where there is a conflict concerning your license to the iOS app, the applicable App Store license governs.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, exact metadata, or delivery of every notification. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by service interruption or misuse.
Changes and ending use
We may update or discontinue features and may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or legal obligations. You can stop using the service and uninstall the app at any time. We will publish revised terms with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain agreement when required by law.
