• Listener accounts. When you create a Coast Rewards account, we store your name and email address so you can sign in and earn and track reward points.
• Song requests. When you request a song, we store the artist, song title, and the name you provide so our DJs can read and play your request.
• VIP / newsletter signups. If you join the Coast VIP list, we store your first name and email to send you station updates, contests, and promotions.
• Music Test ratings. When you rate songs in the Coast Music Test, your responses are linked to your account so we can track your progress and award reward points.
• Sponsor & advertising inquiries. Information you submit through the Advertise page or sponsor inquiry forms is stored so our team can follow up with you.
• Contact messages. Messages sent through our contact form are saved as leads so we can respond to your question or comment.
• Push notifications. If you enable notifications in the Coast 99.3 app, we store an anonymous device token so we can send you alerts. This token does not identify you personally.
• Usage information. We may collect aggregated, non-identifying analytics about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and general location, to improve our content.

• To operate the station, stream, website, and mobile app.
• To read and play your song requests on air.
• To track your Coast Rewards points and Music Test progress.
• To send optional emails to VIP list members and contest winners.
• To respond to contact messages, sponsor inquiries, and advertising requests.
• To send push notifications you have opted into through the app.
• To improve our programming, content, and website experience.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The Coast 99.3 website uses your browser’s local storage to remember your Music Test progress and keep you signed in to your rewards account. You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings, and signing out removes your session from the current device.

• Live365 delivers our live audio stream and provides the “Now Playing” track metadata you see on the site. Your listening connection is handled by Live365 and subject to their privacy practices.
• Authentication & database services securely store your account credentials, rewards, and submitted content.
• Email delivery providers send VIP newsletters and transactional emails on our behalf.
• Analytics tools may process aggregated, non-identifying visit data.

You can sign in or out of your Coast Rewards account at any time. If you would like us to delete your account and associated data—such as song requests, ratings, or VIP signup—email us at the address below and we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe. You may also stop using any feature at any time without penalty.

Push notifications are optional and only sent if you enable them inside the Coast 99.3 mobile app. We use an anonymous device token to deliver alerts and never receive your personal phone number for this purpose. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings or within the app.

Information submitted through sponsor or advertising inquiries is used only to follow up with you about partnership opportunities. We do not share or sell this information with outside marketers.

Coast 99.3 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
